What we collect
If you use our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to discuss the services you have asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from prospective clients. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Retention and sharing
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months unless you become a client, in which case we retain records for the duration of our relationship and as required by law. We do not share your data with third parties except our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be used.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
